South African Samoosas

✨ A little taste of South Africa – made right here in Munich ✨ These samoosas 🇿🇦 remind me of family gatherings, street food stalls, and the unmistakable scent of spices in the air. And the best part? You don’t need any speciality shops! I make them here in Munich using Strudelteig (a common German phyllo-style dough) – the perfect crispy substitute for traditional samosa pastry. They’re filled with a spiced potato masala, hand-folded, and either baked or fried until golden and crisp. Pure comfort. Pure flavour. Pure nostalgia. ⸻ RECIPE: South African-Style Samosas (Makes 15–20)
